About

Tracey McCabe MA LPCC

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of helping individuals like you navigate life's pivotal moments. Whether you're tackling the whirlwind of college or post-graduation, navigating relationships, or embracing the adventure of parenting, I'm here to offer support.

My approach is a blend of various techniques that I've found incredibly impactful including, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Somatic Yoga Therapy.  I believe in tailoring my guidance to your unique needs to best support you.

Together, we'll navigate those challenging moments, finding strength, resilience, and clarity amidst the transitions. I'm here, walking alongside you to empower you through change and help you flourish through every stage of your journey.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship serves as the foundation for all of the work that we will do together. Therefore, the process of building that trust and learning about your unique experiences, needs, and strengths is pivotal. As we personalize your therapy journey, it is my goal for your authentic self to feel affirmed and uplifted.

What makes me different?

In my practice, my willingness to be flexible and available sets me apart from most practitioners. I understand the challenges that come up with school and work, so I offer flexibility in cancellations, and will offer times to reschedule within 7 days or less. I also understand that emotions and situations arise unplanned, which is why I offer myself to be available by text** and available to schedule an as needed appointment within 1-4 business days.  Having a therapist “on-call” is really how I’ve seen many of my clients flourish through these transitional times in their lives and I’m excited to be available for you.
